Plysolene offers a great range of ABS Plastic, perfect for car interiors and exteriors. ABS Plastic, or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, is fully recyclable, has good impact resistance at low temperatures and is ideal for making prototypes because it has great thermoforming properties. ABS Plastic is capable of a deep draw and maintaining a good definition.

Acrylic Capped ABS is also a co-extruded sheet with a top layer of clear acrylic. This gives the sheet a superior shiny appearance, improved scratch resistance and excellent weatherability too. Acrylic capped ABS also has the same thermoforming properties as standard ABS sheet.

ECO ABS offers a more sustainable alternative for many vacuum forming and industrial applications. ECO ABS sheet is produced from 100% recycled ABS, is easily processed and is capable for deep draw and maintaining good definition for all your forming applications.

ABS sheets are available in pinseal embossed, smooth, and acrylic capped finishes. This great material is excellent for vacuum forming and can also be sawed, routed, glued and heat formed.

Common uses for ABS Plastic

ABS plastic uses include car interiors and exteriors, radio-controlled car body shells, automotive parts, aircraft interior trims, home appliances, luggage cases, machine parts, rollers, pipes and fittings. Acrylic capped ABS is also used for lining showers and household furniture. Lastly, ABS sheets can be vacuum formed to create all types of models and trays.
