They have excellent impact resistance at low temperatures and easy thermoforming properties with fast cycle times and low shrinkage.

PETG sheets have a high transparency and maintain exceptional clarity during fabrication, heating and vacuum forming, are easy to bond and glue and you can cut, route, weld, drill, die-punch and bend them hot and cold.

This includes glazing, sign making, displays and protective screens (e.g. motorcycle screens) thanks to its impact resistance. You can fabricate PETG using techniques like vacuum forming, hot and cold line bending, drilling, and milling. You can use the sheets for food contact and medical applications, except when using the UV stabilised product.
