We will colour match HIPS and ABS to any sample, RAL or Pantone reference provided free of charge unconditionally.
We will send you a colour plaque for your approval, whether we have matched a new colour or have matched it previously.
We hold stock of HIPS, ABS and PETG in a variety of sizes, thicknesses and colours for smaller order quantities available for next day delivery. Visit our Off-the-Shelf page for more details.
If you require your sheets to be packeted or double wrapped for protection or cleanliness, we will make a note for our factory to do this for you at no extra cost.
We can manufacture our plastic sheets in thicknesses from 0.25mm to 6.0mm. However, the larger the sheet size affects how thick we can produce them.
We can produce HIPS with a maximum width of 1250mm and ABS with a maximum width of 1340mm.
The MOQ for most bulk orders is 500kg, with the MOQ for Acrylic Capped ABS being 1000kg. There is no MOQ to order a smaller volume of our sheets from our Off-the-Shelf range.
Thickness (millimetres) x length (metres) x width (metres) x specific density (grams/per square metre)
Example using a standard HIPS size: 1.5 x 2.5 x 1.25 x 1.06 = 4.97kg
Unless a specific number of sheets has been requested, we will work out the number of sheets by using the previous calculation times the number of sheets required to meet the MOQ.
Example using a standard HIPS size: 1.5 x 2.5 x 1.25 x 1.06 x 101 = 502kg
The price of each sheet will be determined based on the price of the total weight of the sheet size you are after divided by the number of sheets.
Yes, engineers have designed the removable protective PE film to be vacuum formable, with higher heat resistance and flexibility to withstand the heat and pressure involved in vacuum forming, allowing it to conform to the shape of the mould without melting or distorting.
